Layout Prices

Things are priced based on what you order. For every layout, you start with the basic starter pack and add on to it. The price of what you add on will be next to it, so you will have to do some math.

PRICES ARE NEGOTIABLE! If you are a "poor cc user", mm me and I'll see what I can do.

If you find something wrong with my prices, contact me(through mm) and we will discuss this further.

Support Services

If you order any layout, you receive free technical support for the next 72 hours(3 days). Help will ONLY be applied to the same layout I gave you. Contact me through MM.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with what the layout I have given you, you are allowed to ask me to make changes WITHIN A 24 HOUR TIME PERIOD. Please don't contact me 2 weeks later and say I want to change the background and move everything to different spots, I have a life too. It's small but I do have it!

CODE USAGE TERMS OF SERVICE

1. The Code

There are 2 kinds of codes: Premade and Custom. Premade codes can be found at the top of the page under the category [Freebies]. The premade codes are for anyone and everyone to use. Please do NOT claim them as yours or attempt to sell premade codes at ridiculous prices when they are free.

2. Sharing

After ordering a custom code, please keep the code to YOURSELF. Placing it on your profile, diary, group, thread, and/or trading list to be shown is fine. However, selling it or giving it to others for an item/payment in exchange will be conceived as plagarism and illegal selling. Please refraim from doing this.

3. Removal

In order to prevent most of this illegal events from occurring, Chibi has place her signature and disclaimer on ALL layouts created. If, at anytime, you remove these, you will be blacklisted and reported to TinierMe Staff. There could also be more severe consequences. There is absolutely NO REASON to steal codes someone else has created. If you are interested in making freebies for me or altering mine, please notify me through MM.

4. Using the Code

These codes only apply to http://www.tinierme.com. You cannot use these codes on another website. All images containing Selfies, DreamSelfies and the like belong to this site. You may NOT claim these as yours.

You may use these on your profile, your group profile, your TinierMe Trading profile, your topic threads, and your diary entries. These codes do not apply to the Guestbook, Forums, or any other part of TinierMe. Do not alter the code you use unless you are adding text/pictures to fill in the blanks. Please notify me beforehand if you wish to modify the layout. This is to avoid breaking parts of the TM ToS which restricts where parts of the layout may be placed.

5. Legal Disclaimer

The pictures used in the layouts are not created by Chibi nor you. All disclaimers will be listed in the picture as well as a signature. This is to prevent others from accusing Chibi and you of stealing a copyrighted picture and using it illegally.

6. Return Policy

Layouts may not be returned. After you pay and Chibi gives you the code, the transaction is final. Why is that? Some people pay, receive the layout, then ask for their money back. Chibi gave you the preview, and you agreed it was fine. If you agreed, then you should not be asking for a return. Chibi is honest enough to not cheat you. If you do not believe her,

7. Chibi reserves the right to reject

Chibi does not have to accept your request. All requests will be accepted, provided that you haven't been rude, ignorant, mean, detestable, hateful, arrogant, intolerable, or used too much profane language.

8. Have fun!

Please don't use my layout and say it's boring. Have fun! If you have a suggestion, hover over Layouts then click forms and fill out the suggestion form.

I'm also in need of help. Making freebies/premade codes by myself is not easy nor do I have that much free time. I'm looking for a partner who will work with me for fun. If you are interested, please MM me by titling the subject as 'Biffle Help'. Anybody may fill out this position. It is NOT first come, first serve. You must know the gists of HTML and/or how to make a profile image layout. This is NOT something for you if you just want to learn HTML tricks off of me, I'm in need of a person who would help me make freebies.
